This is to acknowledge the great support from each of your team member during the last year. Great job everyone.

We would also like to acknowledge the special support received from Mr S. Dey and Mr S. Sarkar during one of the emergencies in our apartment, when we had one of our bedrooms inadvertently locked. They did a splendid job to resolve the issue within a very short period of time. Much appreciated the support.

I would like to record my sincere thanks and appreciation for Mr A. Bera of Support Elders and his team. He has been looking after my mother-in-law, Ms D. Banerjee, and has been a great support after my father-in-law passed away, last year. There was a large amount of official work and documentation required to get his LIC superannuation scheme refund. Mr Bera liaised with lawyers for attestations, helped to complete the required legal documents for processing and very efficiently handled the process. The refund was settled this month and we are very grateful to Mr Bera.

To be a part of the Support Elders family has been one of the best decisions taken by my daughters last year.

I have been a member of Support Elders since July 2022. Mr U. Banerjee is the one who is responsible for all my services. I don’t have enough words to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for his most courteous behaviour, commitment & prompt services. There are others in the team who have also given me satisfactory service in different medical situations. On the night of 6th February,2023, I became quite unwell with irregular pulse, continuous belching & gas. I was in unbearable agony and was unable to sleep. At around 4.00 a.m. I called Mr Banerjee who assured me that someone would be with me shortly. Mr. A. Mirza came within 15 to 20 minutes. He pressed some pressure points on my palms & stomach. After some time, I vomited which gave me a lot of relief and I fell asleep. I was told by my domestic help that Mr Mirza waited till I went into deep sleep and then left.

Next morning, both Mr Banerjee & Mr Mirza called to enquire about my heath.

Both my daughters share the same feelings about Support Elders and are so much at peace, that you all are here to take care of me in their absence. God bless the entire team of Support Elders!

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Mr. G. Pradhan and his Durgapur team, for providing outstanding support to my parents who are both cancer patients. They have provided unwavering, round the clock support, with utmost zeal. Every team member is extremely capable, polite, respectful and always ready to help at any point of time.

The Support Elders team have helped my parents with hospital visits, arranged for wheelchairs, hospital billing, stayed with them throughout their doctor visit, brought them back home safely, and also delivered the prescribed medicines to them promptly. The team has helped with weekly grocery delivery, in emergency situations, with online technical needs, for submitting mediclaim, in bank operations, and many more services that arose as urgent needs for my parents on an ongoing basis. We are grateful for their tremendous support, and the team members’ smiling assuring faces, which have helped my parents gain mental confidence and strength to carry on their daily business in absence of their children.

As children who stay abroad, and unable to visit parents often, the presence of Support Elders team has provided us with great peace of mind.
