I write with reference to the recent hospitalisation of my father Col. P Andrews and would like to say that I was very happy by the proactive service provided by your team. I would like to specially mention Mr A Das who was very efficient during the time of need and organised everything required smoothly. He is an asset to your organisation and I wish him well in life.

I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Srinivasulu and his team from Support Elders. They truly care for the wellbeing of my parents. Checking on my parents on a daily basis, ready to come and visit when needed, taking them for appointments, bringing medicines, and in general helping them with whatever is needed. My parents and I are very appreciative of this team and the service.

My elderly parents-in-law are engaging the services of Support Elders for about two years. Recently, my mother-in-law had to undergo a pacemaker implantation operation. Mr G. Ghosh and his team have done a very good job in supporting them during this period through the multiple doctor consultations, hospital admission and release process and during the hospital stay. We very much appreciate the sincere effort that they put in and also expect this level of support to continue in the future.
I hope Team Support Elders will continue to extend such high standards of support and service to many more families and persons in need.

I am sending this mail in my sincere appreciation to the support and service extended by your team towards my family, especially my mother, during the past few years.
During the past one year when the entire world was in the grip of the Covid pandemic, it would not have been possible for me to support my mother without your active collaboration and continuous support.
From the simpler things like visiting her during the week to the complicated requirements when I had to arrange for a doctor or medical examinations, I have always found you next to me irrespective of the hour of the day or the day of the month.
I would like to specially thank you for resolving the electric meter issue at our place by not only visiting the WBSEDCL office but bringing the technician home and getting things fixed. Without your help for sure the electrical connection would have got disconnected after a few days and that would have caused very serious complications.
I am grateful for everything that your organisation has done and I would like to especially mention Mr. A Biswas and Mr. S Mandol for their sustained support at every hour of need.
