Support Elders has been a lifesaver for me and my parents. I can tell, they work hard finding the right people and they train them very well. Mr. Srinivasulu is always caring, friendly and helpful. He treated my parents as his own family. He is very reliable and always available to help in any situation. It’s truly a wonderful service and I highly recommend them.

I write to express my deep appreciation for the service our family has received from Support Elders. Several members of my family tested positive for COVID-19 around the same time and needed hospitalisation. Mr G. Basak organised the logistical aspects of the hospitalisations with great efficiency and swiftness. Mr S. Ghosh managed the admission process with outstanding competence, along with deep care for the patients’ well-being. Without such exemplary support from Mr Basak and Mr Ghosh, the medical crisis would have escalated further. My heartfelt thanks to them for going beyond the call of their duty to help us. I wish Support Elders every success in its mission!

I had taken my first Covid shot at a hospital on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass when I was staying at my son’s flat in Kolkata. I had since returned home to Konnagar and was a bit worried about the second shot. I wanted to have the shot at the same hospital. I talked about my concerns to your Area Co-ordinator, Mr B. Das who promised to do his best and asked me not to worry. I also asked him to have someone whom I knew accompany me for the vaccination. Mr B. Das readily acceded to my requests, had someone take me to the Kolkata hospital, who got my vaccination done and brought me back home. Thank you, Support Elders, for the promise you are keeping for your members.

First of all, a huge Thank You. We cannot say enough about how relieved we are with what you are doing. Our brother was supposed to be there with my mom in Durgapur after his retirement, to look after her. But things went in different directions and ma became more lonely with an added tension about our brother, who is not well.
Then, all of a sudden, we found you from nowhere. We cannot say enough about the boys. They are looking after our mum so well. My sister and I stay abroad and it is hard to fly to India because of Covid but you guys just gave us mental peace.
