Any thanks will not be enough for Support Elders for the way they are giving support to my parents (Father : Mr. B Ray, 89 and Mother : Mrs. A. Ray, 80) in Kolkata for last one year and particularly during this COVID-19 scenario. Starting from hospitalization and release from the hospital after treatment, pension withdrawal, medical support, bank works, provision of 24X7 nurse, mental support, in every field I can appreciate the team. The team is extremely compassionate, punctual, dedicated, and knows very well how to handle unprecedented situations in difficult times. The way the team stood by my parents with its exceptional sense of responsibility, is highly commendable. Far away from Kolkata, in this COVID-19 situation when I cannot reach my parents physically, the uninterrupted service of Support Eldres have always reduced my worries. My parents are the members of Support Elders organisation for more than 3 years . I am extremely pleased with the services received from this organisation. All staff members of this organisation are very caring, diligent, and have an incredible sense of responsibility. Services recently received for my father Sachchidananda Banerjee (80 years above age) was extremely supportive and helpful. My parents live in Kolkata, while work has kept us away from India.
