We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Support Elders. We found you just in time. Our mom stays by herself in Durgapur. It was getting extremely tough on her to manage daily outside chores like submitting forms, regular health checkups and such others because of her age and health. The pandemic made it even harder for us to help her from outside India. We are very impressed with your member care associates (MCAs) who are kind, efficient and professional. They respond quickly whenever mom needs them. We know we can rely on them to keep our mom safe, happy and healthy.

Professional, polite and service with empathy are what make Support Elders special. My phone calls are always answered and action always taken by a warm and caring person at the other end. My emails too are always answered in a carefully worded and understanding way, including those from Mr S. Grewal and others.
That my mother uses Support Elders’ services for daily tasks shows that no job is too small for Support Elders’ staff—from taking her to the hospital to buying fruit. The hospital visit service is a great support for family members too.
I must add a special appreciation for Dr Sharmishta Ghose who has been a godsend. She spends time with my mother and understands her medical issues very well.
Overall, Support Elders’ services during the pandemic have allowed my mother to live as normally as possible and for me to have peace of mind that she is well cared for. I also deeply appreciate the extended OHA (Out of Home Assistance) hours.

I would like to convey my thanks to Support Elders and its ever-smiling staff. I stay alone and, as the pandemic set in last year, my greatest concern was, if I fell ill where would I get an ambulance. As an ex-railway officer, the hospital would not be a problem for me. When I asked your MCAs, they instantly said, “We are there, Sir, don’t worry”. That gave me tremendous mental support that help is just a phone call away. I like their attitude of never saying ‘No’ to any sort of work; very rare in today’s world. This is because they have an army background. As I completed my second vaccination, I would also like to convey my thanks for organising the entire procedure so smoothly. I only had to reach the hospital at the scheduled time. All the paperwork and running around were done by them. This would not have been possible without your support. I am sure that none of your members will leave you, given the way you help and support them in all necessary spheres.

I enrolled with Support Elders last month and, within a couple of days, I had to go to Hyderabad for my eye surgery. Fortunately, Support Elders launched their branch in Hyderabad the day we reached. Though my daughter, her husband and my granddaughter accompanied me, the help I received from Support Elders was unbelievable from the time our train was approaching Hyderabad. Due to some technical problem, the train stopped near Secunderabad and we were confused about which station we should get off at. We called Mr R. Saha, who guided us on how to reach our destination. Once we were there, the Hyderabad member care associates helped us reach our guest house. They never left my side throughout the entire stay in Hyderabad. Starting from the first visit to the hospital to the day I had my surgery and as long as we were there, they called us every day, checking about my health and asking if we needed anything. I am so happy and satisfied with the service that I keep telling my friends and family about them.
