My father, Mr B. Das, a long-term member of Support Elders was hospitalized on 27th Nov, 2021 due to an emergency.
My father had very high blood pressure and his doctor suggested immediate hospitalization, as his condition was critical. I was (and am still) outside Kolkata at the time. Hearing this, immediately contacted the Zonal Co-ordinator (ZC), Mr D. M. Roy. He understood the situation and immediately contacted MCA Mr R. Shaw, who arrived at our premises within 10 minutes. After that, Mr Shaw arranged for an ambulance and my father was immediately transported to a nursing home, where he is currently recovering.
This entire process was completed in less than 30 minutes from the doctor’s recommendation. Moreover, Mr Shaw took full responsibility for filling in all the necessary admission forms meticulously. He was also in constant communication with me, and he sent me copies of all the hospital documents over Whatsapp. I just wanted to say that I am immensely grateful to Mr Shaw for his support during this time of emergency. Due to this prompt service, my father’s condition did not become even more critical.
I want to also especially thank ZC Mr D. Roy for his constant support, service, and kindness, which has been above and beyond my expectations. He is the person I contact whenever I face any medical or non-medical issue regarding my father and he has always responded with a resolution, and this time was no exception.
I hope to receive your support continually.

Recently, our family underwent a medical emergency and my father (Mr D. Sen) had to be hospitalized on short notice, and he passed away after three days, following which we needed help with the formalities and cremation.
While I have previously provided feedback via the zonal team, I once again wish to let you know that ZC Mr R N Maity and MCA Mr D Roy and their team did an exceptional job of assisting us through the difficult time.
I particularly want to single out MCA Mr B Maity and MCA Mr A Adhikari—who were on the ground and helped us navigate various stages. They are competent, level headed and compassionate. You have a good team in South Kolkata, and I have already recommended your services in recent days to a number of acquaintances with elderlies in their families.

My mother Mrs Krishna Dasgupta had brain stroke in the early hours of 7/11/21. We are grateful to you for your kind help and prompt service for her hospitalization. In this regard, I particularly thank Mr T. Sardar, who took her to the hospital within half an hour of the attack. Such action helped in saving her life. I also thank Mr. A. Adhikary for his immense help during her release. We are extremely thankful to the entire Support Elders team for their help and support during this crisis period.

Wanted to thank you Mr Md. Nazimuddin and Team Support Elders for the support you provided to my father. Me and my brother stay outside Kolkata and when my father had got hurt badly and he was bleeding profusely from his nose it was Support Elders who came to my support, arranged for ambulance, shifted him to Peerless Hospital the 1st day and then to Ruby Hospital. The doctor said that if we had been late, it would have been fatal. I would like to thank Team Support Elders specially MCA Mr Md. Nazimuddin, MCA Mr B. K. Barman and MCA Mr N. K. Maiti for the support. I am relieved staying outside knowing that they are in safe hands and act like my father’s son. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
