My mother, Ms R. Shome has been a member with Support Elders since May 2021. The past year was a challenging one and we are grateful that the Support Elders team has always been there to provide assistance whenever needed – be it daily care calls, home visits, helping with pension or bank work etc. I would like to applaud and appreciate ZC Mr G. Basak and his team for their professionalism, prompt follow up, excellent communication, service minded spirit and dedication. I would definitely recommend Support Elders to all.

Within a week after enrolling in Support Elders, my mother underwent a surgery.
ZC Mr G. Basak and his entire team took care of everything, including hospitalization, hospital visits during her stay there, ensured completion of all paperwork for insurance claim and at the end brought her back home. Mr G. Basak dealt with the medical issues with utmost urgency which is really impressive. I have noticed a big change in my mother’s attitude. She now feels safe and confident to live an independent life with Support Elders by her side. I am extremely satisfied with the support and service that Support Elders has provided and would strongly recommend this organization to others.

It was a sad incident that my family experienced, but all through the inevitable period, ZC Mr M. Poddar was there and stood by us like a family member, solving each and every problem. Mr Poddar came to our family like a real hero, without whose help and support nothing would have been possible during the difficult time. My father, Mr K. P. Biswas, my entire family and I are really thankful to Mr Poddar for his outstanding service and wish him the very best for his future.

As you may know, my father, Mr B. Das, a long-term member of Support Elders expired on 23rd December 2021 at home. While I was deeply heartbroken, all the necessary formalities still needed to be performed. And as usual, Support Elders stepped in to pick up that burden and provide me the much-needed support I required in this hour of great need.

I wanted to particularly thank MCA Mr A. Das for guiding us through the entire cremation process. He stayed with us from the moment we left home till all the formalities were completed at the crematorium. I did not have to worry about anything, as he knew exactly what to do and where to go next.

I am also immensely grateful to MCA Mr D. Roy, who responded to all my emergency calls even at odd hours. He has been truly a godsend.

I wish to sincerely thank everyone at Support Elders for the amazing service you provided my father these past few years. It was one of the best decisions of my life to enrol my father as a member of your esteemed organization.
