Being one of the oldest Members of Support Elders, my experience says, one can blindly be dependent on the absolute devotion and total involvement of the esteemed staff, who are mostly ex-Army servicemen, rendering their whole-hearted services to the dependent Members of Support Elders. Mr S. Naskar, is one such SE staff, who visited my place on duty, in connection with the registration of my name for issuance of Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners!

He accompanied me to the Digital Seva Kendra, to accomplish the task allotted to him. I was highly impressed at his sincerity and initiative taken, to complete the job. He provided me great relief on successfully completing the work and handing over to me the Certificate I was looking forward to, so eagerly, from a long time.

I would like to convey my gratitude to Mr S. Naskar, for shouldering his responsibility effectively, to fulfil my expectation so well. It’s a great job done!

At the outset, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Support Elders Team, Durgapur, for all the help and support they have provided to my parents, Ms. B. Mitra & Mr. P. K. Mitra, during the last one year – be it daily care calls, regular home visits, organizing doctor appointments, getting my parents vaccinated or helping them with pension or bank related work.
Since I stay in Mumbai, due to pandemic & lockdown issues, I was unable to visit them frequently.
I feel relieved to see that in my absence, the Support Elders’ team has taken very good care of my parents, and has literally become our extended family nowadays.

The Support Elders group is a boon for the Senior citizens of Durgapur, and I would certainly recommend this service to all those who are in a similar situation like me.

I have taken your service for my Parents in Kolkata. I am really happy with the services. The most important thing I want to highlight is that, I might have got punctual, on time services, from other Service providers but what makes Support Elders different, is the Human touch, that the people attending my parents bring to the service. I am really happy and will recommend Support Elders to anyone who wants to have a quality team to take care of their parents, in emergency and other requirements.

My mother Ms T. Ganguli had to visit R.N Tagore hospital for consulting doctors and for medical tests. On 8 th April she had to go for a Sigmoidoscopy. MCA Mr T. Sardar accompanied her to the Hospital. He was very caring and did a very good job. He picked her up from home at 8 a.m. and dropped her back at 5.30 p.m. He did 10 hours of duty, and throughout that period took care of my mother very patiently. He had to go at times to buy medicines or tea as required and had to run from one counter to another to find out about doctors and collect information for the tests. He didn’t even sit down for a moment. As my mother couldn’t have lunch because of her medical test, he too didn’t have his lunch. My mother is very impressed with his work. I acknowledge the good work done by him.
