Pension Restored

My pension had been stopped by my bank for the past few months. Needless to say, it was troubling and extremely frustrating. That was when I called Mr R. Maity at Support Elders to help sort things out.
Mr R. Ali immediately came to my home. He listened to me patiently and got in touch with both the bank and the West Bengal Government Pension Cell at Esplanade. To my great relief, my outstanding pension was released the very same day.
Thanks to Mr Ali’s splendid work, I was saved a lot of trouble. I am proud of Mr Ali and proud to be a member of Support Elders.

A Call at Midnight

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and good wishes for the prompt and effective service provided by your team in rushing my father, Wg. Cdr. S. C. Maitra (Retd.), to the hospital late at night. A single call to Mr M. Sinha at 12 a.m. from Delhi, where I reside, was all it took—he immediately organised an ambulance with oxygen support and a team member, who reached my father’s residence at Salt Lake, within 25 minutes.
My father was taken to the emergency department and subsequently admitted to the ICU. The attending doctors later mentioned that had there been any further delay, the outcome could have been very serious. By God’s grace, he is now better and has been discharged from the hospital.
Kudos to Mr Sinha and his dedicated team for their swift and compassionate response during a time of crisis. I am confident that the Support Elders team will continue to provide such exemplary service in the future as well.

Reassurance in a Time of Need

My mother, Ms Roy, was unwell on 9 April 2025. Prompt action was taken by Mr M. K. Sinha, who immediately dispatched Mr S. Bhattacharya to her residence. Mr Bhattacharya took excellent care of my mother, including taking her to the hospital, getting her admitted, and communicating with our family in a polite and professional manner. He was also very reassuring, saying, “Don’t worry, I will take excellent care of her”—and indeed he did. I am writing to convey our heartfelt thanks to Mr Sinha for his swift response and to Mr Bhattacharya for a job very well done.

Care that Covers All Bases

I want to share this note of appreciation for the Support Elders staff, who have recently been very supportive and diligent when my father, Mr M. Chattaraj, was critically ill and needed to be admitted to a hospital.

I would like to thank Mr D. Das, who took responsibility for my father’s admission process at Charnock Hospital and ensured that all steps—from emergency tests and bed allocation to communication with the Insurance TPA—were completed smoothly and on time.

Secondly, I want to thank Mr S. Saha, who attended to my father during the visiting hours while I was travelling home to be with my family. He ensured that everything was taken care of in my absence.

Last but not least, my sincere thanks to Mr K. Ghosh for his extensive support on the day of discharge. He ensured that my father was safely taken home and stayed on until the oxygen services and nurses arrived. His kindness and thoughtfulness throughout a very exhausting discharge process are deeply appreciated.

Without the help of these team members, it would have been a very difficult time for my family. Our heartfelt gratitude to Mr B. Pal and his team—thank you for all the support your team provided us.
