I am 96 years old and am very well taken care of by Support Elders. During emergency situations, they have always been quick to come and do the needful. Every day they call to enquire about my health and wellbeing. I am very happy and satisfied with their caregiving services.
Support Elders always maintain a very high standard in both their behaviour and their service. I am very happy to be under their care.

Care That Brought Peace of Mind
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to each of you for the incredible support you provided during my mother’s recent medical journey.
A special thanks to Mr. D. Roy, Mr. S. Gayen, Mr. B. Samanta, Mr. S. Sana, and Mr. A. Khila. As a team, your coordination made a challenging time much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for your collective efforts in:
Navigating the hospital admission process seamlessly.
Assisting with and attending the regular follow-up visits.
Managing the end-to-end discharge process.
Ensuring my mother was brought back home safely and comfortably.
Knowing we had such a dedicated team standing by us provided immense peace of mind. Your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.
Thank you all once again for your invaluable help.

Care Beyond Compare
The carers of Support Elders are extremely competent and helpful. Recently, I underwent a medical procedure and was accompanied by Mr Hussein, a caregiver from the organisation. The procedure itself was long and difficult, but the level of assistance I received from Mr Hussein was truly exceptional.
At the hospital, someone even asked me if he was my son. I replied, “He is more than my son. Not all children look after their parents with such diligence.” He was deeply caring and ensured that I did not have to worry about anything at all. I will always remain grateful to him for his kindness and dedication.

Carers Who Are Like Family
I want to take some time to thank all those who have helped and supported me and my family. The Support Elders organisation in Kolkata has been a vital part of the support network for my parents, who live on their own, since early 2021—during Covid and beyond. Over the years, each and every staff member involved has truly given their best.
We are deeply grateful to everyone, from those making the daily phone calls to the staff who visit regularly, come rain or shine. We have been blessed to have first met Mr M. M. Sarkar and, more recently, Mr F. Ch. Patra as our main coordinators. Over time, they have become like family to us.
Initially, Mr Sarkar supported us through numerous emergencies, including medical situations, assistance after my parents became victims of fraud, and help during plumbing, electrical, and weather-related crises, and so much more. Mr Patra, who gradually took over from Mr Sarkar after his role changed, has been sincere, dedicated, and extremely helpful.
The team never hesitates to respond to our calls, despite time differences. This year, following a health emergency involving my mother, the Health Assist team stepped in. Ms S. Roy and Ms A. Naskar worked closely with the hospital, the local healthcare team, and other carers, providing excellent backup support. Ms Roy’s gentle and consistent communication has earned high praise from my elderly parents, while Ms Naskar’s nursing skills have been deeply appreciated.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one at Support Elders from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all.
