Dear Support Elders Team,

Recently, I took the assistance of Support Elders for my two older siblings and myself. It turned out to be truly godsend.

Mr A. Bera and his team have been on call throughout the day. In the first week they did everything from getting grocery, banking, collecting medical reports etc. What was truly remarkable was their response when my brother’s mobile phone was stolen from the house. They assigned Mr. Singh to file the FIR and young Mr R. Prasad to accompany him to the mobile shop and complete the necessary formalities.

I am truly impressed by the team’s commitment to go beyond the allotted hours. A special thanks to Mr Bera and a special mention to Mr T. Maity, Mr M. Rehman, Mr D. Singh, and Mr Prasad and anyone else I might have left out inadvertently.

My thanks also, of course, to the ladies from the helpdesk who call us regularly to enquire about our health.

The town of Purulia, nestled among the Ayodhya Hills,
Is a place of natural beauty that deeply thrills.
So many spots—falls, dams with names unique:
Deulghata, Marble Lake, and the scenic Marugama Dam are the places we seek.
In spring, Palash flowers adorned the land so bright,
But nature’s fury swept them away from sight.
This short three-day Purulia tour so fine,
Was managed entirely by a women’s line.
Ms Chatterjee and Ms Roy led this dedicated team,
Their care and service were like a dream.
They worked tirelessly, through day and night,
For them, we offer thanks infinite and bright.

Excellent arrangements by the Support Elders team which included Ms R. Chatterjee and Ms T. Roy, who looked after us tirelessly.
