We would like to share our experience with Support Elders. We are very pleased with the service that was provided by the Support Elders team in the past one year. 

In particular, we are thankful to MCA Mr. A. Guha for his immense support. Recently, after the demise of my father, my mother had to go through various paperwork related to banks, pension and others. Mr. Guha has been extremely helpful during this period of time, guiding her to execute all the work smoothly. He has always been on time, lent his ears to my mother’s concerns and issues, and sorted them out by going extra miles. Mr. Guha is extremely trustworthy, communicative and hardworking. We are very pleased to have him by our side during this difficult time. 

“When I receive daily calls from the Support Elders team, I feel immensely happy that I am not alone anymore. I know the call will land between 9.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m., so I keep waiting for it from 9.30 a.m. every day. The opportunity to get to speak with someone, makes me feel immensely happy. This reflects on my health and makes me feel better. This is a great service that the organisation is providing and I feel very happy that I am a part of it. It gives me immense peace of mind to feel there are people to help me whenever the need arises. All my well-wishers tell me that I have taken the right decision.

This is to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to your entire team for the sincere, selfless and conscientious commitment and work that is done by all the staff of Support Elders.

I extend many thanks to Mr. Nazimuddin for efficiently managing my requests any day of the week, taking my calls at any time of day or night and getting his team to execute emergency tasks for my elderly and ill in-laws. 

Special thanks to Mr. R. Singh and Mr. J. Dutta Roy for being there in every hour of need, especially recently when my mom-in-law passed away. Extending more than just a helpful hand in managing hospital formalities, cremation and post-cremation procedures, et al. We are proud to feel associated with such dedicated and trustworthy team of people. 

Our entire family is and will be indebted to the above three gentlemen in particular and the entire organisation of Support Elders.

We would also like to acknowledge the special support received from Mr S. Dey and Mr S. Sarkar during one of the emergencies in our apartment, when we had one of our bedrooms inadvertently locked. They did a splendid job to resolve the issue within a very short period of time. Much appreciated the support.
