Hope you are all well and that this email reaches the right set of decision-makers in this amazing organisation. This email is primarily a thank you note on the services that you are delivering to many of us. My dad and my mom (Mr P. N. Basu and Ms R. Basu) are members of your organisation for the past 1.5 years. Unfortunately, on the day of Mahashtomi (Durga Puja Ashtami) on 13th October, my dad left us after a brief period of illness. In these dire times your organisation stood by us like a pillar and helped us in every possible way one can imagine. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and my deepest appreciation to a few of your employees who showed exemplary empathy and commitment to the service.
1. Mr H. K. Dey (MCA) – He was with me all day from 9 a.m. onwards till 2 p.m. He was right there next to me and helped in all things, along with my other family members, while doing the cremation service. I am deeply thankful for all his help and his calm way of handling things in the burial ground of Nimtala plus all the arrangements that were made. Please extend my thanks to him.
2. Mr S. Mondal (MCA) – He was always there from the very beginning of our association with Support Elders and have been helping us in various ways. He also helped one of our relatives, who is also a member. We are thankful to him for all his help.
3. Mr B. K. Pal – His style of handling us, including many odd hours that I had called him. He has managed to handle and plan all things to the dot. I am thankful of his contribution and his help to our family. Your organisation is doing great service with high quality. Please keep doing this.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the support that Support Elders have provided to my mother. Within a week of enrollment, my mother underwent a surgery. Mr. G Basak and his entire team took care of everything including hospitalization, visiting her during her stay at hospital, ensuring paperwork for insurance claim, and at the end bringing her home. Mr. Basak approaches medical issues with a sense of urgency and I have been very impressed by his responsiveness. I have noticed a big change in my mother’s attitude where she now feels safe and confident of living an independent life with the help of Support Elders at her side. I am extremely satisfied with the service and support they provide and would strongly recommend Support Elders to others.

This is Mr D. Sengupta, Ms. C. Sengupta’s son. My elder brother, Mr R. Sengupta, and I reside in the US. Ma has been a Member of Support Elders for a few years now and has always enjoyed excellent support from ZC Mr. R. N. Maiti and MCA Mr. D. Roy, in addition to the extended staff at Support Elders.
Ma had tested COVID positive on October 18th, 2021 and had to be admitted to Woodlands Hospital. MCA Mr. B. Maity was by her side the entire time and provided critical support during admission. Subsequently, Mr R. N. Maiti, Mr D. Roy and again Mr B. Maity have been simply amazing with their support for Ma during her stay at the hospital. Equally importantly, they have provided unrelenting support for post-hospital care in setting up in-home nursing care.
For the past 10 days, I have first-hand witnessed their professionalism, timeliness and sincerity towards caring for Ma. My brother and I are extremely grateful for their and the broader Support Elders team’s support! The work you are doing is life-saving and allows us to have peace of mind even though we are thousands of kilometers away.

I am Ms G. Das’s son. She is a registered member with your service. She was unwell on the 16th November, 2021 and needed hospitalisation and MCA Mr A. Adhikary was sent from your organisation. I must say he did an excellent job led by ZC Mr N. Saha. He organised an ambulance and accompanied her, stayed till she was admitted and even made some initial payment from his own pocket. I wanted to reward him for his efforts because I was grateful, but he returned it under Mr Saha’s guidance. This kind of professionalism, while it is expected outside India, I have never seen it happen in India. I am writing to say that I applaud the efforts of your staff and you as a company that have managed to achieve an honest and professional organisation inside India. Please do convey my thanks to both of them and I am sure you do not need good wishes; good work always makes a company grow.
