Your team of dedicated Member Care Associates and office staff, have stood by my parents and my in-laws during emergency and other medical support requirements. I would like to make special mention of MCA Mr S. Maiti, whom I happened to meet personally two days ago during my father’s doctor appointment at Woodlands hospital. He was extremely courteous, helpful and polite and came all the way to help us even on his off day.
His sense of duty is exemplary and is reflective of the principles of the institution he comes from, The Indian Armed Forces, of which I too happened to be a part of, in the past. I would like to thank him once more for his help.

Being one of the oldest Members of Support Elders, my experience says, one can blindly be dependent on the absolute devotion and total involvement of the esteemed staff, who are mostly ex-Army servicemen, rendering their whole-hearted services to the dependent Members of Support Elders. Mr S. Naskar, is one such SE staff, who visited my place on duty, in connection with the registration of my name for issuance of Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners!

He accompanied me to the Digital Seva Kendra, to accomplish the task allotted to him. I was highly impressed at his sincerity and initiative taken, to complete the job. He provided me great relief on successfully completing the work and handing over to me the Certificate I was looking forward to, so eagerly, from a long time.

I would like to convey my gratitude to Mr S. Naskar, for shouldering his responsibility effectively, to fulfil my expectation so well. It’s a great job done!
