How we began
The idea of Support Elders began with an understanding of the changing realities of elder needs in modern India, and a desire to build a technology-enabled organisation families could depend on.
Support Elders was incorporated on 29 August 2014. From the outset, we focused on building a team rooted in discipline, credibility, and empathy. Ex-servicemen became the backbone of our on-ground response teams, bringing a strong sense of duty and professionalism.
We opened our first office in Kolkata on 16 January 2015. What began as a single-point control system has since expanded across multiple cities.
Over time, our services have grown from medical emergency response to supporting daily living, well-being, and continuity of care, enabled by systems that keep us connected and always within reach.
